By using ScribePilot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Service Description

ScribePilot provides AI-powered blog content generation and publishing tools. We connect to your platforms to publish content on your behalf.

3. Your Content

You own all content generated through ScribePilot. We don't claim ownership of your blog posts, topics, or other content you create.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ScribePilot to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Platform Connections

When you connect platforms (GitHub, WordPress, etc.), you authorize us to publish content on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of your billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScribePilot is provided "as is". We're not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including content published to your platforms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
